A police constable positioned at the Kinangop Police headquarters, Nyandarua Province, was on Tuesday captured by criminal investigators from the Morals and Hostile to Defilement Commission (EACC) for getting a Ksh.60,000 pay off supposedly in the interest of his boss.
Donald Obare Onyango, who was allegedly following up on the request for Boss Investigator Walter Obegi, the OCS Kinangop Police headquarters, was caught subsequent to getting the pay off from the complainant.
